The Kotuitui project is an urban housing development located in Manukau south of Auckland, New Zealand. This project was divided into stages, and as of last December stage one and two were completed. Unlike stage one, the developer was looking for a finishing product that would stand out and make a remarkable first impression. To achieve this goal, Monier Terracotta roof tiles were used to complete the external finish.
This urban housing development consists of two- and three-bedroom terrace homes and was developed to provide affordable dwelling for the local community. Avant Group were determined to ensure this development showcased exceptional quality design and architecture.
