This roof was installed by A.B. Roof Tiling, one of Monier’s dedicated CSR Roofing Specialists, with a strong reputation for quality roof tile installations, replacements and maintenance.

The look of this roof was created using Monier’s Cambridge™ tile. The 'hewn stone' finish of the Cambridge complements both contemporary and classically styled architecture and conveys a level of sophistication. The 'Soho Night' roof colour was also the perfect choice for this home because of it’s slate-like appearance.

Monier uses a superior colour application technology known as Cat Colour, which delivers colour throughout the body of the tile, as well as a secondary colour layer on the surface. The result is a more consistent, deeper and longer-lasting colour.

Adding to the overall sophistication of the roof is the use of A-line ridging. This laying technique minimises the bulk of the ridge lines to create a clean, minimalist look to the hip and ridge detailing.

Whilst this project did not require tiling down to a pitch as low as 15 degrees, Monier’s EDGE technology allows for this.
